Prarthna Singh Is the Winner of #FotoRoomOPEN | OSTKREUZ Single Image Category

After celebrating Qian Zhao as the winner of #FotoRoomOPEN | Rubber Factory edition last week, it’s time to announce the winners of the most recently closed #FotoRoomOPEN edition juried by Germany’s top photographers-run agency, OSTKREUZ.
